"Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!"

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. "The Moxy is updated and close to Great American Ballpark. Our room was clean and well supplied. However, the only downside were the stairs from the bed area to the bathroom. No problems were experienced, however, I feel the steps could be dangerous when making a midnight bathroom trip, especially for older people. Also, it was quite noisy overnight due to the unavoidable highway traffic. Overall, our experience was good, just those few caveats. We would definitely stay at The Moxy again, just...
