We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. "I really don’t know why this hotel has so many positive reviews.Its greater advantage is the location - in a walking distance to Aquarium - and the hotel seems to be new. But that’s all. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait.
