"Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"The location of this property was great—close to a lot of things, easy access to the highway, etc. The room was mostly clean, although I did touch up a bit with my own Clorox wipes a few spots that looked questionable. The stairwell and hallway had kind of a funky smell, but the room itself was fine. My biggest concern was the security of the building. People kept propping the exterior door closest to my room. In fact, in the two days of my stay, not once did I have to use my key card to gain...

"Did not even check in here there was a group of people at desk complaining about the conditions of the hotel upon arrival, even the people who had checked in were standing at desk stating dont do it."
