Fully stocked & furnished kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms and porch( Beach ready items). We Absolutely love this place!!! . Thank you very much for making our Anniversary stay special!!!"

"The condo looks like it was recently renovated, it is very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach access was fantastic, we walked the beach everyday. The sunporch was awesome! The doors slid all the way back, allowing us to sit out there day or night. I would book again!"

"This 2 bedroom condo is in a central location for Jax Beach and more. The view is undeniably beautiful. Master BR and updated bath are awesome. 2nd bed and bath very comfortable. Kitchen has modern amenities and well stocked with the basics. The patio overlooking the ocean is the place to be. Coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again."

"Beautifully decorated, comfortable condo right on the beach. Angella was so helpful and responsive. All our questions were answered quickly - she even came by with beach chairs for us. We had a wonderful time!"

"Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊"

"We enjoyed staying at this place. Comfortable and we had everytning we needed. Only complaint there was not a shower outside to get sand off of our feet. There was not a broom in the place. I bought one and left it there."

"The property was exactly as described and was absolutely perfect!! I was in town to watch my daughter run at UNF and the location was perfect. Easy access to the University and even better…right on the beach. Beach access was super easy and very close to the pier and restaurants and parking. Condo comes with 2 beach towels and chairs and some beach toys. The condo itself was fantastic. Yes, it’s small with a Murphy bed and pullout but the Murphy bed is super comfortable and was perfect for me....
