Elevator lines at check in was long but it moved quickly met alot of people on the elevator we were on the 24th floor. Phones didnt work, had to get maintenance for the microwaves, weight scale in the bathroom had no batteries. The only inconvenience is the towel service which the owner has no control over. The balcony windows weren't clean but that may be because I came in while they were cleaning.
