"It was slippery during wet season in front of the reception"

"2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。 設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。 しかしながら、部屋でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。 その後フロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。"

"Check in and check out was quick due to staff efficiency. Had a studio unit that overlooked the street so some traffic noise. Unit was light and airy with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Property is tired looking but tidy. Can get noisy with neighbours. Secure parking, depending on availability is either in a locked garage or off street in parking bays.
