"Thank you for your hospitality. Whilst I didn't actually interact with any of the staff or use the pool. My stay was everything I needed. I arrived after the office had closed and the instructions on how to get my keys were easy to follow and I had no problems accessing my room. I checked out before the office had opened, but again the process to drop off the keys was easy. The room was tidy. I enjoyed the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap for the shower. "Room was very clean. Due to a fault in the dryer they were bety accomodating and moved us to another room As this was a work trip snd needed to do washing. Admin staff were exceptional. "

"Custo benefício muito bom. Hotel bem localizado, perto de tudo. Quarto espaçoso e apesar de antigo, tem comodidade de um apart-hotel. Pessoal da recepção muito gentil e prestativo. O problema é a limpeza. Quase inexistente. Praticamente só trocam as toalhas e arrumam a cama. O minimo de limpar e/ou lavar o banheiro não é executado."
