"This bed and breakfast is top tier! The service was outstanding, and the ingredients were fresh and natural. Every morning, a chef prepared authentic Jamaican dishes, which made me feel truly immersed in the culture. The rooms were clean, and I was grateful to receive an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always available when needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would stay here again and again...

"I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good."

"Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. "First and foremost the resort was beautiful, but the experience was tainted by the lack of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Also the food at the buffet was not good at all, besides the jerk chicken and salad that is served @ “the reef”. The drinks also were lack luster. The resort could use a lot of work regarding those things mentioned. Especially the lack of poolside service as well. There were hardly any staff that came over to ask if we needed anything.
