"Property consists of independent cabins so that leads to a nice and quiet environment. The unit was very clean and neat. Location was convenient and near a few restaurants and shops. The WiFi was very very slow and I had to use my phone Hotspot instead. It looks like it is shared amongst all the units and the router is probably located outside somewhere in a central spot. The ceilings are very low, I could reach up and touch it."

"It was such a cute place to stay and communication was good. Few things, the TV acted up and the internet did not want to connect the first night. I just wanted to get there and relax after a long day of traveling and that made me a little upset. Although, the next day, they both worked just fine. Wish there was some sort of scent or spray and some pens and paper as well. Last, bedside table would be awesome to use instead of a stool. Other than that, great stay and enjoyed the cabin."

"Communication and check-in went smoothly. There had been some maintenance, and the worker hadn't cleaned up, so we collected his items and swept up the mess. The toilet was not very securely fastened to the floor, making it uncomfortably unstable and no shelf in the shower as pictured for toiletries. Overall, we feel that we over paid for the quality of the pictures listed. For what we paid, we expected, and assumed from pictures listed, a more updated unit."

"We found Kobuk's Stall to be a great place for our activities in Girdwood. The king size bed was comfortable, it was quiet and clean, and a great place to stage ourselves. We ate out every morning and night (Double Musky is directly across the road!), but were able to easily warm up leftovers for lunch in the kitchenette. The hosts live on the property so if you need anything (we didn't), they're right next door. If you book directly with them is it much cheaper than VRBO. We would stay here...
