"The hotel, very nice and clean, the staff super friendly and attentive, always willing to help you, they speak English. The excellent room, large comfortable, with heating, spacious bathroom. close to attractions, like the lake, puppet theater, night market, i walked everywhere even to hochiminh museum, which is far away, but if you have time you can walk. I highly recommend it. I would stay again. rich a la carte breakfast, with seasonal fruits, juices and coffee or tea."
"The staff was excellent. Anna especially was very attentive and accommodating. She was helpful with recommendations and getting us from place to place. Even though her name tag said trainee, she did a wonderful job in her position. Anna was also a wonderful staff member and very helpful and kind.
