The neighbor called the leasing office and we did tell him it wouldn’t happen again. Anyway, it was a little disheartening because we had already said to him it wouldn’t happen again. "The location was great! Unfortunately we had a few hiccups A/C wasn’t working and thankfully only needed last 3 days but it got hot in the upstairs. Mattresses need some upgrades to be sure and the loft is extremely hard for adults to get in and out of. We did love the location and view."

"Captain Morgan exceeded our expectations!! There were 10 of us…6 adults and 4 kids and we had beds left over!! While the house is older and occasionally shows it’s age, it has EVERYTHING that you could possibly need or want and it was spotless. The kids never lacked for something to do, so there was plenty of adult relaxation. We were one block to Main Street and one block to the grocery store. Check in was a breeze and great communication on the part of the rental company. Couldn’t have asked...

"We loved our stay! The home is new and clean with lots of space for our crew. Great location puts you less than 2 miles to nearly everything of interest on the island. We rented bikes, took a pony tour, ate tasty food, and spent hours on the gorgeous Assateague seashore. Highly recommend this location and home."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this house. Solid construction weathered the storm that blew through one day. Sparkling clean throughout, carpet was new, sofa was super comfy for sitting or lounging on. There was a stool in the closet for reaching higher cabinets so I was glad to see previous complaints in reviews had been addressed. "Very cute house with sufficient bathrooms and space for a family group. Great view out front to the dock and marsh, although fishing and kayaking not really possible since channels aren’t open there. Free fishing downtown and at nearby memorial park so not a biggie. We could see the lighthouse with naked eye and ponies with binoculars across the way. Bikeable to the Asseteague Island preserve and downtown. Kayaking very nearby- lots of fun things to do. Two very minor beefs-AC great downstairs...

"Overall the space was great. With the money and fees paid, the beds should be made upon arrival. Also more towels for the kitchen area would be helpful. It was a lovely stay"
