"This is a floating tiny house that faces other floating tiny houses (close neighbors), not the bay. If your desire is to face the bay, rent the “Waterfront Bungalows”, not the “Floating Bungalows”.
It’s long, narrow, and sparsely (but basically adequately) furnished and includes 4 plates, 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 cups, etc. The master bedroom has one high closet; the second bedroom has no storage space. It was clean and had adequate towels and bedding. It was fine for 2 friends, but a family of 4...

"It was a weekend trip. We had 3 adults in a one bedroom. Adult child slept on pull out couch. There was a TV in the bedroom in addition to the outer room. The outer room TV was a smart one so you could use streaming services. We did not cook in the room. We bought breakfast and snack and drinks for our stay. "Great house, great location! We are a family of four and stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed the beach, the Nature Reserve, and a creamery. If we'd had more time we would have loved to take the kayaks out! Four people can easily fit in the suite upstairs, which has a full bath, television, and living room type arrangement. Our kids felt like sleeping in one of the downstairs rooms on the second night, so they used that room as well, and were very comfortably there as well. We did not use the room...

"This property was in a great location very close to Maddox blvd which will take you to Assateague or to Main Street. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the sunrise.
