"The location was central with a deck out on the marsh, which was lovely. The pool seemed well kept and was nice. It was clean and the communication with the hosts was quite good.
The smart TVs didn’t really work and could only work with live tv. No apps worked. Overall, though, would stay again."

"This property is immaculate, clearly loved by its owners, and very nicely set up for gatherings. The living room has 3 sofas and coffee table in an open plan with a large dining table on the other side. The kitchen is furnished with an abundance of stylish dishes and plenty of silverware and cookware. There is a large island between the kitchen and dining room for storage and food preparation. "Great central location. Not fancy, but very functional.
The bath linens are quite worn and the space is dated (the washcloths would not be fit for my rag bag) - but it was fine for what we needed.
We had no communication with the Mng so that can be a plus or minus depending on your expectations. We are self sufficient so it worked great for us."

"The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We appreciated having our linens supplied, the very clear house manual with all instructions and clear communication on how to access the house. We also liked how the host checked in to see how we were doing and if we had any needs. This house was also pet friendly."

"Adorable place to stay that was close to good shopping and dining experiences, the beaches and ponies were a very short drive. We wish we had allotted more time for this part of our trip. Loved waking up to the birds singing and the beautiful view of the stream and marshland just past the dock on the property. Enjoyed ourselves and the peace of our rooms immensely. Would love to stay here again and explore even more of the area."

"Nice and quiet place to stay. The staff were nice. Close to the beach and many restaurants/stores. I’d stay there again. Things to know. No USB ports next to the bed. Take long charging cables and cubes. Parking isn’t very much or clear so you kind of make parking yourself. GPS had us turn into a gas station where it looks like maybe a road was before. Just turn at light on Maddox St. Enjoy it!"

"Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. "

"Location was great, apartment was bright. We had 2 concerns. For the price we paid, the mattress needs to be replaced. It was flimsy and lumpy, no support whatsoever. The pillows were also extremely flat. The second concern was how dirty the floor was. It was vacuumed, but definitely not mopped. We took our shoes off the first day and our socks were BLACK . Should definitely be sanitizing the floor in between guests. Otherwise, it was quiet and great location."
