My top-floor apartment in Bucktown is the perfect space for your trip to

Chicago! It's a stylish, modern rehab in a classic Chicago building, so you

really see the best of what the city has to offer! It's just off beautiful

Holstein Park, and easy walking distance to 2 Blue Line stops - so you can get

to the Loop in under a half hour! And plenty of Logan Square favorites along

Milwaukee are a 15 minute walk away - book today!

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.





Additional Policies:



* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

We didn’t realize this was in Bucktown, not Old Town. It was a 20 min. Uber/Lyft to Lincoln Park/ Old Town. The apartment itself was well appointed and clean. The register for the heat/a/c needs to be cleaned. The hallway walls need some fresh paint. It was 56 steps up to the unit and a bit challenging/ luggage.

We loved our stay here! The apt is so cozy, beautiful skylights illuminate the space, great view of the city, and super walkable location close to the blue line. 10/10

This is an ideal set up for two visiting the city. Cozy haven on the 4th floor with everything you need while you're staying. Regularly available, free parking. Walkable to the El. Quick access to the high way. Only thing to consider is the trek up three flights of stairs. For most, no issue, but noting it for those it may be challenge for.

Nice launching off spot to enjoy Chicago and the bed is comfy! Word to the wise - the stairs are not for the faint of heart and shower is purely for function - get in and out :)
