Guests will have private access to the entire duplex (both the first floor and the garden unit). This includes all 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, both kitchens, the poker lounge, foosball area, and the private rear patio.
Internal Connection The two units are connected by an interior door and staircase, allowing you to move freely between floors without going outside. However, both units also have their own exterior entrances for added convenience.
Keyless Entry The home is equipped with a keyless lock system for convenient check-in. You will be provided with a unique code to enter through the front door. Your code will remain active for the full duration of your stay.
Entrance/Exit For security, please use the main entrance (Unit 1 front door) for primary entry.

Garage: 1 Onsite garage parking Space available for your stay.
Parking Note: Our garage is a bit of a vintage fit! It’s perfect for standard cars, but if you’re driving a large SUV or a dually truck, we recommend using the free street parking out front for easier loading/unloading.
Street: Permits available for 1 car , any additional cars would be $10/day. Please note Zone 383 permits do not guarantee a spot due to Wrigleyville demand.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Violations may result in immediate cancellation and fines of up to $750.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Three verified noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $300 fine.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in before 2:00 PM may be available with approval and rush cleaning fee.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs require prior approval; unapproved late check-outs may incur a full-night charge.
Damage & Maintenance
Please report any cleaning concerns, damages, or issues within 24 hours of arrival. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve issues quickly. Failure to report may result in fees if damages are later found.
