"Visiting an EWU student athlete and chose The Cottage (sitting on a family farm and among towering trees) as it was a good place to stay, get outdoors, cook, watch movies and generally catch up. Property is lovely and comfortable, well supplied and very clean. Proprietor was available and helpful and we were allowed to walk around the beautiful property. I will definitely stay again. This is the best place for EWU student parents, etc. Location is so near EWU, town, shops, restaurants. ...

"The tiny home was exactly as advertised. The 'sleeps four' statement is a little optimistic as the second bed is up a slightly scary ladder and inches from the ceiling, but we all slept well, so not bad. The outside firepit and seating is lovely."

"There were transients sitting in front of doors smoking cigarettes, the walk up to the third floor had the most hideous odor and there was vomit on 2 of the room doors. It was just a disgusting experience. I'm not one to to even take time to write a review, but this was deserving to hopefully save someone from our experience. This was worse than you get what you pay for. "

"Overall would recommend and would stay again. We came for a graduation at Gonzaga and looked at hotels close to the school and most were easily double the price so we stayed in Cheney. Loved the building check-in is a breeze loved it. Very clean. If I could suggest anything it would be a vanity or something for the bedrooms we all had to crowd the bathroom sink to do makeup because the rooms didn't have any place to do that. If you are looking for a super clean easy affordable place to stay in...

"Older motel, but nicely updated, clean, and quiet; had all the usual amenities and I appreciated that nothing had a strong fragrance. Check-in was easy."

"The side door that was supposed to be locked, wasn't. The swimming pool was ok but the door into it was all messed up. The hot tub was warm but no bubbles. Staff were nice but did not keep people's voices down in the lobby until after midnight."
