Welcome to our stunning 5-Bed period home in the heart of Montpellier, close to Cheltenham Town Centre. This beautiful period home is located a short walk away from Imperial Gardens and offers 5 double bedrooms over 3-floors with 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen diner, comfy lounge and courtyard garden.

A stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Regency townhouse located in the heart of Montpellier, close to Cheltenham Town Centre.

This property is split over 3 floors and features 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Perfect for hosting well-needed get-togethers or celebrations.

On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful hallway leading to the living room and kitchen/diner. The lounge area has plenty of seating for up to 10, a SMART wall-mounted TV, and an electric upright piano. At the back of the house is a stunning open-plan kitchen diner with bifolding doors that open to the rear courtyard, creating a fantastic inside/outside living space for dining and entertaining! The kitchen has everything you need, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and microwave. It also features an instant hot water Quooker tap, Nespresso coffee machine, and two sinks.

From the hallway, a beautiful feature staircase either takes you up to the first floor or down to the lower ground floor.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a modern 4-piece bathroom, with a separate bath and wet-room open shower. The Master bedroom has a super king bed and several built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of space to store your luggage and clothes. Bedroom 2 has its own ensuite shower, double bed, and built-in shelved cupboard. To finish off upstairs, bedroom 3 has another double bed and built-in wardrobes.

If you take the stairs down to the lower ground floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 has a SMART wall-mounted TV, a super king bed, and opens to a small kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, and drinks chiller. From here, you can also access the outside via another private entrance. At the back of the lower ground floor, you'll find Bedroom 5, which has a double bed and another shower room. The hallway in the basement also has a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, to the rear, is a private courtyard garden with outdoor furniture that can seat 7 guests comfortably. To the front, there is a small drive that easily fits a small car, plus we offer 2 complimentary parking permits for free street parking in the area (Cheltenham Zone 8).

This home is private and is primarily set up as a 5-bedroom guest house with access via a key safe just outside.

Cheltenham is known for its Regency architecture, and is often hailed as Britain's most complete Regency town Its highlights are the Montpellier District in the southern part of the town centre boasting graceful Regency townhouses, the famous Imperial Gardens, home to many of Cheltenham's Festival's, unique shops and wine bars. The Promenade and Long Gardens is a treasured shopping street featuring rows of Regency houses, cafes, and mid-to-upmarket retailers. Stroll along the tree-lined avenue, shaded by horse chestnut and lime trees, and admire the Neptune Fountain inspired by Rome's Trevi Fountain. If you're in the mood for something greener Pittville Park created in the early 19th century, offers scenic landscapes, lakes, and the grand Pittville Pump Room. Cheltenham is also home to Cheltenham Racecourse, home to the Cheltenham Festival and the iconic Gold Cup, this racecourse draws horseracing enthusiasts from far and wide every March.

🚗 Parking: Our home has one allocated parking space on the drive and we can also offer 2-complimentary parking permits for Zone 8 Street parking in the area.
☕ Complimentary Amenities: We provide sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar, Nespresso style pods too.
☕ We also provide salt pepper and oil for guests.
🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in the shower room.
🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are provided, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
If you need additional items or housekeeping for shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.
🏡 useful to note that there is a glass screen divider between the ground floor and the basement level that will always be left up for Guests. This screen does make the entrance to downstairs slightly less accessible than a normal staircase.

- Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood noise should be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.
- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.

Property was lovely and well presented when we arrived. All the access information was supplied on time. There were a couple of minor issues but these were resolved very quickly as soon as we advised the agent (Philip and Jason). Very comfortable and ideal for surrounding restaurants, pubs and access to the centre.
