Pets (up to 2) are welcome with a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay. Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 8 PM CT to assist with any queries. You can have meals delivered by Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates, or Dinner Delivered.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the community laundry room located in the third breezeway to the left of the office.

Pet cleaning fee of $100 required. If discovered you have brought a pet without paying the required pet fee, your reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given.
Quiet hours from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am
If discovered you have been smoking inside we will automatically charge a $200 smoking fee. Smoking includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher
