The hardest thing will be deciding what to enjoy first!

• Living Room – Relax on a large sectional and stream your favorites on a 65” smart TV.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen – Stocked with everything you need to cook, bake, and entertain. A beverage station with a Keurig Duo and wine fridge is located between the living room and kitchen.

• Dining Area – Seats up to 8 guests, perfect for group meals and gatherings.

• 2 King Bedrooms – Each with a 55” smart TV, premium bedding, and a serene retreat feel. Both bedrooms are located one floor above the main living area and have spacious closets and ceiling fans.

• Additional Sleeping Accommodations: All linens are provided for the queen murphy bed on the 3rd floor and a queen air mattress.

• 2.5 Baths – Master bathroom is located en suite, with a spacious walk-in shower. Second full bathroom with a tub/shower is accessed from the hallway, right next to the 2nd king bedroom. Half bath is located between the living room and kitchen on the main floor.

• 3rd Floor Entertainment Room – This spacious area features an outdoor balcony with beautiful sunset views, cozy seating area with a 75” smart TV, queen murphy bed, beverage bar with ice maker, mini fridge, coffee/tea station, small workstation, and an air hockey table and wall scrabble for a little competitive fun!

• Outdoor Space – Enjoy drinks or coffee while soaking in the stunning sunset over Chattanooga. This 3rd floor balcony has 4 Adirondack chairs.

• Laundry Room – In-unit washer and dryer available for guest use.

• We’ve got you covered in “The Gig City” with the country’s first gigabit per second internet speed.

• Your sleep is important, so we chose premium mattresses and luxurious sheets to provide maximum comfort.

• All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

• Two beverage stations are stocked with k-cups, sweeteners, half-and-half, and various teas with honey. We provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and various spices.

• There is a pack ’n play and highchair seat available for our precious little guests. The pack ’n play could easily be set up inside the spacious master bedroom closet.

• The two exterior entrances are monitored by Ring security cameras.

• A complimentary snack basket and a treat from our favorite local bakery is waiting for you to enjoy!
