We had a great stay at the Chatt Town Charmer. The location was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. When we had a question about how to use the hot tub, the owner was quick to respond and was very friendly. The house was perfect for our family of five.

Everything is so well thought out here! But the BEST BEST BEST part is the LOCATION! We had an unforgettable vacation for my daughter’s birthday! Everything works just as described, the little electric fireplace is perfect, and they have everything you need!

The place was great! We didn’t get to use the hot tub but it was nice to have the option. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed!!! Very friendly and they left a welcome basket we really enjoyed! We hope to return!!!

Our stay in Chattanooga was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. Even though it’s near the highway, the home was peaceful and quiet inside, which was such a pleasant surprise. We had a small issue getting in, but the owner was incredibly responsive and had it solved right away. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! And while you’re in town, don’t miss The Feed Table and Tavern—the food and atmosphere were amazing!

The Chattown Charmer is perfect. The house has everything we needed. Every room was comfortable and clean. Entertainment was easy to access. We stayed here for a soccer tournament and the location allowed to get away from the tourney but within an easy drive being able to jump right on the interstate. Hard to suggest much that would improve this place.

Cozy and Comfortable

It was a great stay, and it was right by the interstate… which made it super convenient for us! Beds were comfy and the living room was spacious, great for movie nights! Overall, a great experience for all the people involved in our stay .

The Chatt Town Charmer

Wonderful. Well stocked and close to all attractions in the area. My siblings and I spent four nights at the house and we loved the decor and all the extras. Very easy access and check-out instructions. Unfortunately, we did not use the firepit or the hot tub due to the hot weather. Highly recommend the property to anyone traveling to the Chattanooga metro area.

Chattanooga Charmer

We were visiting Chattanooga for the Ironman race and needed a place where our athlete (and her cheer squad) could have some down time. This was the perfect place. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and there was plenty of space for six adults. Shane and Katie have thought of everything- fully stocked coffee bar, plenty of towels, comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars Bottom Line

Property has a great location, which is close to Walmart and various places to eat. Very close to Lookout Mountain (Ruby Falls) and 5 minutes to downtown attractions like the aquarium (try the fried chicken at Puckett's you will not be disappointed). Property has a great back yard with a fire pit, 6 person hot tub and full size gas grill with plenty of room to run around and have fun if you have little ones. Owner also provides wood to get your smores fun started. House is well stocked with cooking items and games. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Owner was attentive and kind. If you are coming to this area then this should be on your list for places to stay.

Great house!

This house was just what we were looking for! Great location, clean house with the perfect about of space. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and game room! Thanks for letting us stay. I would highly recommend this rental!

This property was clean and bright. Very spacious for 6 teens and adults. We used the firepit & hot tub every day! Also, very close to lots of activities.
