Rental Agreement:

• Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

• A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

•By booking, paying, signing, or taking possession of the property, you agree to the rental terms under the NC Vacation Rental Act.

• The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate info may result in cancellation without refund.



Check-Out & Property Care:

• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

• Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

• Optional workstation rental available: monitor, keyboard, mouse ($10/day)

• Starter kit of supplies provided; additional items must be purchased

• This unit may be heated or cooled by a window unit instead of central air

• Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.



Quiet Hours:

• Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Please respect neighbors and keep noise minimal.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets:

• Dogs only (max 2) $59/per pet

• All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee per pet.

• Pet owners must provide breed information.

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Cleaning fees ($250) and any damage costs may apply.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste; waste stations are located around the property.

• Pets that disrupt other guests’ stay may result in cancellation with no refund.



Parking:

•Free onsite parking available.



Smoking

• Absolutely no smoking. If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.



Damages & Conduct

• Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

• Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.



Internet Use

• Internet is provided for general use.



Cancellations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window may have a 3% payment payment processing fee.
