The Space: Welcome to The Sweetgrass House, a spacious and comfortable two-level home designed for groups of 8–10 guests. With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, this inviting retreat offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together. Tucked just off Spring Street, the home offers a convenient downtown location with easy access and included parking!

Enter through your private entrance and up a small exterior porch staircase into an open, welcoming living space that blends dining and lounge areas, perfect for group meals, game nights, or relaxing after a day of exploring Charleston. The living room features plush, comfortable couches and flat-screen TVs, while the dining table seats four for casual meals and conversation.

The layout is ideal for privacy and balance: two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first level, with an identical setup upstairs. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed and its own full bathroom, making it easy for groups to share the home comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking at home, and guests are welcome to log in to their favorite streaming services during their stay.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities. The property includes 2–3 complimentary parking spaces, depending on vehicle size, a rare downtown perk. Please note the driveway is narrow, so we recommend unloading luggage at the front of the home before parking.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
