-Ideal for groups of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering ample space for guests.
-The open floor plan on the 2nd floor accommodates both dining and lounge space, fostering a sense of togetherness.

Living Area:
🛋 The open living area is designed for entertaining, providing comfortable seating for a small group to socialize or enjoy streaming shows.
- The dining area, located past the fully equipped kitchen, seats six, making it convenient for group meals.

Bathrooms:
🛀🏼 The 2nd-floor bathroom is recently renovated and features a walk-in shower.
-The common bathroom on the 3rd floor has a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.

Bedrooms:
🛏 Two of the bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized with one bedroom being a king, all with ample closet space, ensuring a restful stay for guests.

Exclusive Access to Rooftop Terrace:
☀️ Guests can enjoy exclusive access to a private rooftop terrace on the 4th floor, providing a charming outdoor space for relaxation.

Safety and Accessibility:

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
