The Space: Welcome to The Sutton Suites, two beautifully designed units within the same historic building, offering the perfect setup for groups who want to stay close while still enjoying privacy. Located on a quiet residential street just off Spring Street, you’ll be immersed in downtown Charleston living only a few blocks from King Street, with easy access to dining, nightlife, shopping, MUSC, and the College of Charleston!

Suite B is a thoughtfully curated first floor apartment that blends modern style with the historic charm of the original 1852 home. Designed by a local interior designer, the space feels bright and welcoming with high ceilings and large windows throughout. The bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, seating for four at the island, and a convenient bar area. The living room offers plush seating, a Smart TV, a spacious desk, and a king pullout sofa for additional guests. A second full bathroom adds extra convenience. Step outside to the charming porch with a bistro table, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Suite C is a two story townhouse style unit, also professionally designed with a blend of modern finishes and historic character. The light filled living room features tall ceilings, large windows, a Smart TV, and a dining area, with a king pullout sofa for extra sleeping space. A stylish half bath is located on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and new fixtures, ready for home cooked meals. Upstairs, you’ll find a washer and dryer, a beautiful full bathroom, and two elegant bedrooms, each with a king bed, luxury linens, and generous closet space. One bedroom also includes a desk for working remotely.

Parking for two vehicles is provided in the designated gravel lot with clearly marked spaces reserved for your stay. The Sutton Suites offer a comfortable, stylish, and centrally located retreat, making them an ideal home base for experiencing the best of Charleston.
