This was the perfect place for the 4 of us to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. It was comfortable, clean, and the perfect location to walk to restaurants and bars. The host was available quickly when needed. I would definitely rent this again.

Absolutely perfect location! Walkable to King St, safe, quiet, and the place itself was so cute. Highly recommend for a long weekend as it was perfectly suitable for 2 couples. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The place has a lot of charm with cute, thoughtful decor and a convenient location near King Street’s nightlife and the great restaurants along Spring Street. It’s easy to walk to everything, which was a big plus.That said, there were a few small issues worth noting. The floors and beds squeak a bit, and some of the windows show a little rust and wear. The street looks quiet but is actually a main thoroughfare, so there’s a fair amount of traffic, and rideshares can have trouble stopping nearby. The air conditioning did stop working at one point, but the host responded quickly and had it fixed the same day, which we really appreciated. The door lock system was also a little confusing at first. Clearer instructions would help.On the positive side, the host was accommodating and allowed us a late checkout for a small fee, which made departure day much smoother. Overall, a charming and well-located spot that’s great for exploring Charleston if you don’t mind a few quirks that come with an older home.

Girls Trip
We were 4 girls staying together in the apartment and it was perfect. The property manager was super responsive and got us everything we needed ASAP. There was a great bagel and coffee place on the corner and a convenience store on the other corner. The only thing it was missing was some good outdoor space for hanging out. The sound machines were a nice touch. Would recommend stocking the bathroom with more black towels for makeup but other than that, it was great. Also would have loved to have access to some complimentary beach chairs / umbrellas / towels for our beach day. Overall, excellent experience- thanks for having us!

Wonderful experience
Overall, everything was really well taken care of, including me! There is a safe parking lot in the back, and any minor issues, that were honestly, due to my own ineptitude... were immediately resolved. I got to enjoy the aquarium which I highly recommend feeding the stingrays.
I can't recommend This place any higher and if I ever book somewhere with stay duvet again, I know I will be well taken care of
