Comfy & Cozy Right Downtown Charleston OP2019-00450

This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath house located right downtown close to everything. It has recently been renovated and is fully furnished. Master bedroom has a new Personal Comfort a queen adjustable mattress with dual zones. A 32" tv, dresser, chair and closet. Second bedroom has new twin day bed with a pullout raising trundle.

This Comfy unit includes cable tv, internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat/air with ceiling fans in living and bedrooms.

Towels and linens are provided as is almost anything you need in the kitchen (minus your food of course)

There is 1 off street parking space included.

Amazing Stay!

During our 4-day stay in Charleston, we had the good fortune of staying at this property. The property itself was very comfortable and had really good air-conditioning. It is by far the best equipped property I have ever stayed at. If there is something you could possibly need, it is probably there and that's no exaggeration. The property was very clean. Dany, the property owner, was beyond helpful and accommodating. He made our stay even better!

A Fantastic Stay in Charleston!

We had a wonderful experience at Comfy & Cozy VRBO in Charleston! The property was comfy and immaculately clean, with a lovely decor that gave it a cozy feel. The location was perfect - just a short walk to great restaurants and historic sites. Our host was incredibly helpful, providing us with local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The amenities, especially the well-equipped kitchen, made it easy for us to enjoy meals at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience Charleston!

Comfy & Cozy that lives up to a dream!

We came in for my husband’s birthday and we were excited to explore Charleston. Dany is very hospitable and knowledgeable about the city and the area. He gave us some excellent places to eat, things to do and see, and best ways to get around since there is very little parking in the city. We really enjoyed having a parking spot at the Comfy Cozy that was off the street.The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully. Dany’s sense of taste is amazing and you feel both posh and extremely at home. The house is very clean and has anything and everything you need! Dany’s personal touches with music playing, the fire going, and the snacks and chocolates really make being here wonderful. Dany thank you for having this wonderful piece of paradise and making Jays birthday weekend amazing!

Location was perfect- close enough to downtown and to James island where we were moving our son in for grad school. Dany was very responsive. “Comfy and cozy” describes it perfectly.

Exactly what we were looking for! Perfect!

We were immediately impressed with the level of detail Dany provides to his guests. The location was perfect as well, as we walked everywhere we wanted to, and felt safe the entire time, even at night.

Wonderful stay!

This has been a wonderful stay! We were here on a family emergency and Dany was so kind. He checked on us everyday to make sure we were good and if there was anything he could do to help us. I now consider him a great friend. The home has everything you would need and more. When we come back we will stay here... Thanks for everything Dany. Your awesome!

Great Home

This cozy and comfy home is perfect for a visit to Charleston. It is clean, has two bedrooms, a parking spot and even beach chairs. Dany gave us some great recommendations for dinner and was incredibly accommodating. We walked downtown most days and it was an easy walk. Big bonus, there are tons of condiments, sugar, coffee, tea and honey. No need to purchase all of the little stuff. Really just a great place.

The Perfect size

The House was in great condition, everything you needed was there if not Dany and Mrs. Margaret would help you or shopping down the street. The neighbors were very nice and the house is located close to restaurants and an easy walk to DownTown

We had such An amazing trip in Charleston. Staying at the cozy comfy was such a treat. Upon arrival we walked in to such a cute little house with music playing in the background and the fireplace lit for us. Dany was super helpful with information and great food recommendations Which was extremely helpful because we had never been To Charleston before. We will definitely be planning a future trip and staying at the cozy cozy again.

A Gem!

This was real gem of a find, Dany and Miss Margaret have done everything to make this a home away from home with lots of little extras and touches that you don’t find in a normal rental and it was spotlessly clean. You immediately feel Welcome, Cozy and Comfortable. It was a slightly longer walk than we expected to the downtown but we really enjoyed seeing the other neighbourhoods and architecture .

The location was in the middle of a very diverse part of Charleston. Everything was within a 15-20 minute commute and the ocean was every more exciting than I remembered it. Thank you Dany and Miss Margaret for being so hospitable!!

Comfortable Stay in Charleston

This home has everything and anything you could ask for in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and meeting our gracious hosts, Dany and Miss Margaret. Many attractions in the downtown area were only a short drive away but a bit far for walking in the summer heat.

Very pleasant Mother’s Day weekend

My mom and I were spending the mother’s day weekend together. Dany’s house was clean and welcoming. Lots of little extras like chocolates on the pillows and extra hair ties in the bathroom. I thought we would be a little closer to the down town area but that was because I didn’t do enough research. But there was easy parking and it was only a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Charleston shops, restaurants and art. We had a super great time!

Perfect little getaway!

Dany was an exceptional host, offering great ideas for activities and restaurants! The home was perfect with many little touches that were appreciated. It was a short walk to restaurants and the fun of King street!
