Stoneridge A31AB has twenty-one steps leading in and is one level. This pet-

friendly unit has a standard rating, sleeps nine, and offers internet access.

Upon entering the connecting foyer, you'll find the living room featuring a

flat-screen HDTV and a queen sleeper sofa (please note there is no fireplace

available). The fully functional kitchen is complemented by a dining room that

seats six.



Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen

bed, a single bed, and a TV. There are two full baths in the unit. It is

within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting, and you can relax

on the deck with a beautiful view of the mountains.



The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including

Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in

close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from

a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the

perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to

offer. All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:

utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. In the

summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor

pools available on a per unit basis.



_**(NOTE : The hot tubs at the Stoneridge community are only for the

homeowners and are not available for guest use). **_However, all resort condo

rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools.

During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-

in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_. All communities offer shuttle service

year-round to the main resort.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.

Springs. This winter, ski & ride the expertly groomed slopes and top-rated

treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-
