"I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. "Really loved this place except. Our booking changed last min and we had different room. And was totally excited about iris but we sat over an hour no food. And got called for a reservation over 2 hours after the fact. It was a celebration but we ate down the road."

"O hotel de modo geral é bom , porém não dispõe de estacionamento grátis . A maioria tem e ele tem um ótimo estacionamento mas bem caro. Tinha 4 ônibus de excursão de jovens e causou bastante tumulto no hotel , principalmente no café da manhã que dispunha de um lugar super pequeno e com muitas pessoas juntas . Além da resposição ter ficado comprometida pois estava faltando muitas coisas , ficou impraticável servir e sentar em algum lugar disponível . Tivemos que sair e tomar café fora do hotel ....

"The property was nice until you get to the room. We stayed on the 3rd floor . Our room was clean until you looked at the floor it was dirty especially in the corners like bathroom and closet. The biggest issue was the AC did not work correctly. The room smelled so musky and the air blew like warm/barely cold. The room felt wet and gross. We checked in later in the afternoon around 6 and the air was off so I turned it on and we left for dinner . Came back around 9 and that’s when we knew it...
