"This place has everything you need, fully furnished, full kitchen. Less than 5 mins walk to beach, 7 mins to grocery store and restaurants. Beach towels, gym access and pool/beach lounge chairs. Never had to rush to get a seat and umbrella. Water adventures-snorkeling tour was pick up on the beach. Everything was very convenient. Louise was kind enough to set up a car ride from the airport which we used for the rest of our stay when we needed to get around."

"We were very happy with the property. True to the description. We cooked full meals with no issues and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was good. The private beach was a short easy walk. The pool came in handy in the morning and evenings when we were at the property. Andy below the unit was very helpful as well. We would certainly return to this rental."

"This property was beautiful and we had such a great stay for our 3 year anniversary. The beach is a 3 minute walk and was very private. We were able to use the paddle boards and kayak and end our days in the pool. Tons of linens were provided and great recommendations given. Majid was a wonderful host and so kind! This will definitely be our go to spot when we return to TCI!"

"Nice view of the ocean and quiet location with gated perimeter. The pool only has one long lounge chair but there are plenty of other chairs and we never saw anyone else at the pool except ourselves, so it was like a private pool. It was just a short walk or drive down to the beach which was very secluded and had pretty good snorkeling."

"The property is out of the tourist area but the whole island is 17 miles so easy to get wherever you're going if you have rental car. Bedroom has tv with cable and window air conditioner. No tv in living room and has ceiling fan. Spacious place, full kitchen, lovely deck to have morning coffee. Property manager was resposive and accomodating."

"We had a great week visiting the Turks and Caicos island and overall enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. It is advertised that there is a safe in the room- there is not. Restaurant access was fairly limited, but we didn’t mind walking and cabs were easy to come by. We did rent a car for 3 days which allowed us to see more...

You do park right next to the homeowners cars so you are RIGHT NEXT TO their main entrance of the main house too. The owners were gone for the holiday week so i cant comment on if there's any sound transfer issues from the shared walls. The pool is definitely what caught my eye the first time we booked Palm Jewel, but truly everything at the villa is perfect.
