"This place was gorgeous and perfect for a 2 night get away from Anchorage while my daughter was visiting from college. We got sunshine on the first night, some rain and wind on the second night, and took the ferry to Seldovia. I considered lodging there, but Homer ended up being perfect for a day trip to Seldovia (doesn’t take long to explore all of Seldovia). This location is the Perfect distance (about 10 minutes from the spit). In the morning on the bluff it was so foggy you couldn’t see the...

"The property is located directly on the shore of a Lake Lucille, has outdoor fire pits for evening fires, and has outdoor saunas for each cabin. The cabin was very clean with a well appointed kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay."

"Property is as described. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property."

"Communication and check-in went smoothly. There had been some maintenance, and the worker hadn't cleaned up, so we collected his items and swept up the mess. "Convenient and clean. Very nice experience for our family."

"A very beautiful clean cabin. Had everything we needed for our one night stay. Host responded right away when I left a message. He also gave us a list of recommendations nearby should we need anything. Will definitely recommend this cabin. "

All of that would have been helpful if there was a book on the table or counter. The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable! My husband and I ended up buying a foam pad to get a good night sleep. No salt and pepper and only one steak knife. We also felt uneasy with...

"Quiet and peaceful. "

"We loved it and will be back, we didn't get to spend too much time here since we were off adventuring but couldn't have asked for a better home base."
