There is a stove top and microwave but zero dishes (some paper cups and a frying pan and large stirring utensils only). lacks a clothes drying location as the dryer doesn't get clothes very dry. Onsite laundry. they only send you the code for the door the day before- so don't stress about not having it. Quick response time to questions."

"We had a fantastic stay at GLOU! This hotel was in such a great location and is right near a central subway line that can get you anywhere you need to go. The room is a little small but all we really needed was a place to store our stuff and sleep, so it wasn’t too much of an issue. The staff was great and made check in seamless. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. My only issue was with expedia not sure why I booked for four it changed to only a booking for 1 person. Thankfully, the staff were understanding and helped me fix the issue. Very nice quiet area very close to multiple shopping locations. Very close to the subways. Very walkable area, there is a convenience store across the street from the building there is also a few restaurants down the street. I was only there for one day but I strongly recommend...
