"Cleaning was insufficient, with hairs and bugs. Apartment smells of strong mold from HVAC. The HVAC is situated directly across from the headboard so air blows in your face all night and the mold makes you congested by morning. The furnishings and pillows are uncomfortable. "Clean. You get what you pay for. Great location. Affordable. Definitely an old building. But that’s described. Would stay again. Great communication and checkin."

"This spot has many great attributes: Ideal location just north of campus at a reasonable price; clean & updated space; a keypad (!!!no haggling over who has the key); ample parking. Most of all, the hosts were terrific at customer service -- responsive, attentive, thorough and friendly - most appreciated!"

"Great little place just north of the UT campus. It was clean, updated and quiet. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The unit was a bit smaller than expected but accomodated our small group. The unit was clean and well furnished. However, the pool was too dirty to enjoy. Communication with the host was good and the location was fine for our needs."

"Excellent stay! Super cute unit and comfy bed provided me with some needed rest and relaxation. Very quiet space. Great location. It’s not bright and shiny nee complex but that didn’t matter at all. The unit had all of the amenities, utensils, spices that I needed for a great 6 night stay. I even added an extra night. I’ll come back. "
