"Esperava mais do hotel. Café da manhã com poucas opções e optamos por fazer a refeição em outro local. Além disso, está numa região repleta de moradores de rua. O frigobar é com sensor, o que impede de usarmos para guardar nossas próprias bebidas. É como se não houvesse frigobar no quarto. Água no hotel a extorsivos 9 dólares! Não houve a abertura de cama, como nos demais hotéis da rede."

"This property is an Awesome experience with great dining within or walking distance for any taste. Be prepared to find parking or pay $60+ per night for Valet. This was the only set back of the trip. But, if you are wanting to stay in downtown Austin by 6th street and near action this is a great option."

"Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. "

"The parking situation is rough. Pretty much have to valet and its rough getting in an out. Water never really got hot enough and lights turn off after a certain time if you are in the shower which is annoying . Restaurant is really just a bar and not a full on restaurant."

"The hotel is wonderful! Everything is brand new and very well decorated. The bedroom is huge, the living room is very large with a sofa bed that turns into a bed. Each room has 1 large television. The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all appliances. The breakfast is complete. It has fruits, cereals, breads, omelets, in short, excellent. The hotel lobby is very well decorated and the staff is very well prepared and...

"Staying here was okay, but don’t overlook that they valet only so it’s an additional fee per night. Also the water would take a minute to heat up in the showers anywhere from 5-10 minutes. It is downtown Austin, so convenient however that means very difficult to get around with the streets and people. Court yard is usually a go to in my books, but I would look at other near by hotels for standards I had in mind. Keep Austin weird, stay in a swanky building instead"

"Front desk staff was fine. The other staff within the hotel is lacking. The poolside bar staff was pretty rude. The guy argued with me about what I ordered … even when he turned out to be wrong he was still rude. Coffee shop staff also give off the air that they would rather pour coffee on you than for you. We have stayed at this location a few times and probably will start staying somewhere else. It’s a great location and the pool is heated and peaceful but we’re tired of dealing with employees...
