"We enjoyed the short walk to Four Seas, the best ice cream on the Cape, Craigville Beach and more. The house was perfectly set up for lounging on the porch, cooking meals or eating lobster rolls from Osterville Fish Market. The house was clean and the beds were luxurious, even the bunk bed. The host was easy to contact with any questions. It was a flawless experience and I am just counting the months until our next stay. "

"Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in the Flamingo House. It was perfectly New England coastal without the craziness of the Cape and bridges. Can't beat the location! Our 3 generations family enjoyed the quiet area, just a short walk the busier Onset Village. The teenagers had so much to do with all the amenities like e-bikes, jacuzzi, and water and sports equipment. "

"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"Mike & Olya's house is even more beautiful in person, both inside and out.The house is equipped with everything needed for a peaceful stay. The décor and contemporary style made us want to live there — very tasteful.Check-in and check-out were easy to access. We were authorized to enter the house starting at 4 p.m.The cleaning crew was delayed by just a few minutes (maybe 5 minutes), and I immediately received a message saying I had been refunded for the inconvenience. Although such a gesture...

"We loved this property! The location was perfect. We enjoyed the lake and visited many of Falmouth’s beaches throughout the week. The kitchen was large and has everything you need to cook for your group. We loved the deck and the propane fireplace. We had two young children in our group and the house had toys, books, and a play set that they enjoyed. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay at this house again!"

"Nice house, we enjoyed the screened in porch. Also really loved the outdoor shower! The house was convenient to beaches and towns. Definitely recommend!"

"Nice relaxing cottage near the beach. Inside was clean and more spacious and modern than it appeared in the listing photos. I wonder if there is a way to retake the photos to better reflect how truly wonderful the place is. Great shampoo and central air. The grill may need updating or cleaning so we decided not to use it (but this led to discovery of Joeys pizza which was a hit). Other than that it was perfect. "

"This was my 1st visit to Cape Cod and loved the quaint town of Chatham. Loved the house and it's quaint furnishings and the beautiful and colorful hydrangeas in the front yard. Also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking my morning and evening walks. I would have preferred if the home was walking distance to Main St. in town, but I had a car and it was only a short drive. I will definitely recommend Lucky Number Seven to all my friends who ever plan a trip to Cape Cod and the town of Chatham"
