The interior of the main home boasts an inviting living room with a set of comfortable sofas near a wall-mounted Smart TV with streaming services, a fully-equipped open kitchen with all major appliances to make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher to clean everything up in the blink of an eye! Coffee enthusiasts will be happy to know there are two coffee makers, a regular coffee maker and a K-cup. The dining room features a wooden six-person dining table, ideal for family meals, and a large Smart TV. Guests will be able to admire the Black River from both the kitchen and dining room. Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this home perfect for families (small or large), groups of friends, and couples alike!

The studio is perfect for that couple looking for privacy, a small family, and even friends. Inside this well-appointed studio, you will discover another fully-equipped kitchen with all major appliances (full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher) and even a K-cup coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. Prepare a delicious meal and then enjoy it at the four-person dining table in the kitchen. This studio's sleeping space is separate from the main living area for added privacy and offers a wall-mounted Smart TV with streaming services and partial air conditioning window units. You are located right in the heart of the charming town of Proctorsville. Restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and stores are all within walking distance.

The main house and studio have separate entrances and do not connect anywhere inside either unit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
