The modern house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open and high-quality kitchen, a spacious living room, two terraces with a unique view of Lake Garda, a large and heated pool and a garage.
From the kitchen you can access the beautiful, covered terrace. The outdoor kitchen on the terrace is ideal for cozy barbecue evenings. The large and heated pool provides the desired cooling on hot summer days and will not let you freeze even on cooler days. A small bathroom borders the green areas around the pool and offers further comfort.
A laundry room is built into the spacious garage. Free parking spaces can be found directly in front of the house entrance.
