Catfish in the pond
This house is very nice. This fishing pond was great fun, with LARGE catfish, bass and blue gills.

Great time

Off road stay
We had an amazing time in this gorgeous property on our trip to ride Rush. We will be back again! Accommodating to all our needs and some! Also was great that my in-laws could stay in the cabin at the bottom of the hill near us. The driveway was long enough to drive the trailer and truck up and park our other truck too. Really just an overall wonderful stay! Can’t wait to go back!!

We loved the stocked fishing pond! It was hours of entertainment for my 3 boys. I loved the wrap around porch to relax, read a drink coffee!

Relaxing cabin, responsive owner

Lovely, welcoming property...
We had a great time! Louisa was nearby for food shopping needs, and Donovan replied prompty to our questions. We enjoyed sipping our Moscow Mules in the eveing on the wraparound deck, and our mini-trips around the local area left us SO pleased with the beautiful scenery and low-traffic (smooth) roads. We were able to take our time to "meander" and absorb the beautiful scenery. This was largely an "unplugged" vacation, but the wifi and streaming service was great when we needed it. Just what we needed
This cabin is a short drive from where we live, but the location is very private and seems a world away. It was nice and relaxing, and the owner was very friendly and responsive to our needs. If you’re looking for some relaxation away from things this should fit your needs.

Great location and very nice cabin. We loved the location and style of the cabin. Very well done. Had everything we needed and provided a great secluded get-away. Highly recommend and would return again if we are ever in the area again.

Grayson Lake Stay
Stayed in this cabin because of the looks of the place and the pond. The pictures are accurate. It was a fun time. We brought our boat to go to Grayson Lake.

Awesome Place!
We had a wonderful time staying in this cabin. It was perfect with nice, unexpected bonuses (fishing pond, seating and grill by the pond, fish food, balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning, etc.). This place would have been hard to find, but the host provided EXACT directions. The host also was great about directions (like how to use the fireplace) and other communication without being too demanding. Check-out directions were simple and doable. Would stay here again over and over.

Quiet escape
Nice cabin. Well furnished. Quiet and peaceful. Very little traffic on the main road below the house. Not much to do in this area, so just sit and enjoyed the wrap around porch. We have stayed here before and looked forward to coming back. The owner was on a cruise, but still stayed in touch. The small pond has plenty of fish to catch. There were blue heron that visited the pond. We also saw and heard turkey, owls and deer. There was a pair of red winged blackbirds that hung around the pond also. Just a great reprieve from every day life. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute.

The cabin was beautiful. Nice pond with fish it. We weren't sure about the catfish but we did end up catching 3, and a ton of bluegill. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend!!!

We loved this luxury cabin!
This was an incredible property. It exceeded expectations. The beds were comfortable, the hot water plentiful, The kitchen fully stocked with any needed equipment, and the overall cabin just wonderful! I loved the cabin’s porches and all the cool places to sit outside and relax. We saw wild turkeys and a box turtle! The property owner was very responsive and helpful. During our visit, Kentucky unfortunately had extremely high and unusual winds. It took out the Internet first and then the power on our last day. Dominic was in contact and proactive about getting the Internet fixed immediately. There was nothing he could do about the power but at least he let us know the status and what he knew. We cannot wait to book this cabin again when we are back in Kentucky!

Exceptional accommodations
This property was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The entire cabin is very nicely furnished and the surrounding property beautiful. The owner was a great communicator and pleasant. We needed extra parking space due to 2 large trailers and his brother allowed us to park one at his house across the road. You could not find nicer people or a better place to vacation. 100% satisfied! 😊

Serenity ~
This beautiful cabin was just what we needed to quietly ring in the new year with friends. Donivan made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully maintained cabin. Prior to our arrival, a storm had taken out the cable. Donivan reached out to let us know and went above and beyond to get it repaired during a holiday break. We highly recommend if you are looking to get away and relax in a lovely environment, schedule your stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful cabin!
Looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it. Beautiful cabin and for the most part very clean. My only suggestion would be to have a picnic or dining table on the beautiful wraparound deck, as it is a great place to have meals, play games and enjoy the outdoors. We really enjoyed fishing in the pond and a fire pit in the evenings.

OMG! This Cabin was exactly as advertised and more. Super clean, private,and great location! If you are wanting a relaxing vacation in a super well built, well decorated cabin this is a have too property! I will finish with the owners went out of their way to make sure everything we would need to be comfortable in their cabin was in the cabin for use. Thank you soon much Donivan!!!!!!!!

Amazing Property and Host
The cabin and property are amazing. We fished, sat outside on the porch in the swing and glider, cooked out, walked and played in the grounds, and just relaxed. The host has so many perks when you stay here. Coffee, most any kitchen seasoning and spice you would need, little snacks in a basket, popcorn, water, beautiful tableware, crockpot, can opener, mixer, blender, lots serving spoons, baking sheets and serving bowls. Amazing to have so much available. Trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and paper towels and toilet tissue all provided. Plenty towels and even shampoo and body wash. Could have not asked for anything else. This host is so thoughtful for his guests needs in advance. Fishing was great in this well stocked pond. Take your poles if this is what you enjoyed. The neighbor dog came to visit and our grandkids loved him. He’s so gentle. This is a 5 star experience. You can’t go wrong booking from him. Thank You!

We were looking for a getaway for our second anniversary
This is a very private place. We truly enjoyed the privacy and the maintenance of the grounds were impeccable.I enjoyed the fishing pond. Plenty of small bluegill and bass. But some really big catfish. We loved the wrap around porch and sitting out to enjoy nature. Very little traffic on the road below the house. Appliances work but dated. bedding dated a little also. Overall a super experience and hope to return.

So glad you enjoyed your stay ! All the appliances are 5 years old or newer. Bedding is all new also just trying to keep the rustic cabin feel.

Lovely cabin with every comfort
We stayed at this cabin twice during a cross country road trip this summer. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and let us know when we could check in early as soon as the house was ready (very appreciated when we drove in earlier into town and didn't have to bother just killing time till official check in time). The location is lovely and I would not hesitate to stay here again or for a longer stay. Very convenient!

Beautiful Home
There aren't enough adjectives to describe how great Donivan's cabin is. First, the pics are accurate of his cabin. Yes it is that great when you get there. We were 4 guys playing Diamond Links and Eagle Ridge Golf Courses. (Eagle Ridge is fantastic. Never played a course with that many elevation changes!) Check in was smooth, no problems. And, thank you Donivan for having the AC on. It was 90+ outside and a cool 72 in the cabin when we arrived. The wrap around deck provided a great place to relax and have some cold beers. Remarkably, the cabin is surrounded by trees but none of us had problems with bugs or mosquitos. We are already planning another trip back and will definitely only go when we can stay at Donivan's.

If You Want A Quiet Getaway, This Is Just About Perfect
Donovan is a great host, and his property is beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed our stay, sitting on the comfortable porch, roasting smores (that the host supplied along with popcorn) on one of his two fire pits, and catching fish from his pond. My wife kept commenting that it was so quiet around there. Sitting on the porch watching the rabbits hop around the yard, listening to the birds calling, and petting the neighbors dog "Buddy" , all made for a fine relaxing weekend. One last thing, is that the house has a really nice grill to cook on, if you want to try your hand at that.

We stopped at the cabin for an overnight stay on a cross country trip. Check in was so easy, Donivan sent all the information in advance and even said we could check in early! Cabin was super clean and very comfortable. Extremely quiet. We had a comfortable night. We will ge back here on our way home again in august!

Wonder location
The cabin was beautiful and in amazing location. It had a stocked pond to fish and still close enough to do local attractions. My kids loved the s'mores kit left for us on the counter. Owner is very attentive and helpful.
