"You are paying for the beach view. Hotel was not clean. Cleaner never came to my room and called twice. Hall ways had sand dust and filth and never cleaned it. Towels on beach a day later. Sheers in bed were dirty snd had to call to get them changed on first night. Most places in hotel were not open which was not disclosed during booking. "

After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul.
