- Pontos positivos: Serviço e funcionários e condições e instalações do estabelecimento
The hotel has multiple wings with individual names. At check-in, I was handed a layout of the hotel, which the printer was running out of ink, but it’s only of the rooms. We were never told how to get to the beach, where the pools were (we didn’t know the pools were closed because of COVID), we found out by a little sign, printed in probably size 48 font on a 8x10 piece of paper by the pool, that it was closed. Ice cream shop was closed (probably because of COVID), again we were not told this. Our room was on the second level. We took the elevator up with our luggage and there were STAIRS to get up to our room. No ramps. If you or someone you know is handicap be sure to ask for an easy access room. Bring some slippers for inside your room because sand is EVERYWHERE!. In order to use the lounge chairs on the beach you have to “reserve” them. Again, we were not told this. We tried calling the front desk for extra towels and it kept ringing. I bumped into someone working for beach towels and he didn’t have them at the closet and was told to get them at the front desk. The front desk doesn’t have them and I had to ask an associate on the beach for beach towels. I rated this place as OK because the communication and “rules” were never communicated out to us at check in or even on their so called “map”. It was super frustrating and annoying. Although the staff is friendly they don’t tell you anything, they just simply check you in and send you on your way.
