"Cute little space. Was a little freaked out when I discovered it was part of a larger house but it was very private. There’s no kitchen available. Did have a small fridge and coffee pot. Yard was kind of a mess but has a lot of potential to be nice! Has a nice back porch area. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as I’ve seen in all the reviews but it was okay. Jorge was very accommodating! Sent a message when we got in to find out how to adjust the air and he said he could do it for us...

"We really liked the modern style, the area was nice and quiet and so centrally located to downtown, literally it was a 10 min drive (2 miles) to anything. The bed was a little firm for our liking but it was nice. The living room area was cozy enough, we watched a show every night after walking around the river walk before turning in for the night. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The house was super cute and very well renovated. Loved all the nice decorative touches. Location was great as we went to an event at the San Pedro Playhouse which was a .2 mile walk. Philo coffee house just up the hill was great for morning coffee. "
