"The property was very well kept. The staff were excellent and the food was lovely.
There was nothing that we disliked, I’m sure we will stay at the hotel again, but we would perhaps ask for a room in a different position. "

"Friendly staff, a home from home feel about the place.1 minute from a place to swim. It has a lovely quiet garden.The food is very good here and breakfasts are cooked well and speedy service.Bus routes to main bus station is 13 minutes away plenty of choices of restaurants by the inn.And as a bonus and a Morrison’s shop conveniently a few minutes away, if needed."
"Beautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front.
The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier.

Staff so helpful and friendly, from reception to restaurant. Comfortable bed and added bonus of daily free bus to St Helier town centre, at Libert bus station."
"We never tired of the view and although it's elevated position means a short trundle up a hill if you're on foot, it's well worth it and not at all strenuous. The food is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable."
"Am meisten hat uns die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter beeindruckt, egal ob die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, an den Bars, im Restaurant oder die Putzkräfte. Alle waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Überhaupt auf der ganzen Insel sind alle Menschen sehr freundlich.
Das einzige, womit wir etwas zu kämpfen hatten, war der Duschknopf, aber man hat sich dann auch daran gewöhnt."
"The staff are lovely. Breakfast was very good. We had a sea view room, which was great ( opening patio windows). The bus stop is nearby and the service is regular. M&S food around the corner. Great value for money. "
"Lovely apartment, great view over the harbour, close to the bus station ( and an excellent bus service ) the one tiny issue we did have ( broken toaster ) was attended to extremely quickly.
All in all, a perfect place to base yourself for exploring the island. "

"Hotel was excellent within easy walking distance to main shopping areas with bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were great and very informative regarding transport etc , would highly recommend the Monteray whilst visiting Jersey "
