"Well located waterfront hotel in easy walking distance to the town centre and accessible to reach by driving. Room large and well thought out even with three of us in it - kept beautifully clean throughout. Beds were comfy, even the pull out bed for our son which can be a bit lumpy at hotels but he said it was good an it got the thumbs up from him. "Superb 34m2 room with a balcony overlooking the city (room #214)! Beautiful and relaxing pool. This was our last 3 nights in Jersey after 2 years of living there. The restaurant is excellent and we are very demanding when we go out for dinner! This was a beautiful way to finish our Jersey experience. We also appreciated the downtown shuttle as we had a few back and forth to do. Highly recommended. Staff is always excellent. "

I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. "The service at this hotel is exceptional I would say, couldn't be more professional, helpful and friendly, from the welcome in the morning at breakfast, to the reception area answering any question, to the service at dinner. Only 15 mins by taxi from the airport and a nice easy, flat 10 min walk into the main town and marina. "

"Just returned from staying at a street view apartment. Bigger than expected with separate bedroom, kitchen living area and good size bathroom. We like to have our own kitchen, hence an apartment suits us well. This is not a hotel so do not expect your bed to be made each day, we personally prefer the privacy. were only there 4 nights. The location was fabulous, so central, the bus station was next to the apartments and buses so easy to navigate and use. Lots of good places to eat...
