"Great hotel and location with excellent views of the sea and St Aubin. The scaffolding prevents access to the marina which meant slightly longer walk to get around the hotel. Pool was warm and practically empty so great for small lengths. Bar staff were efficient and helpful. Need to book for dinner but bar menu was sufficient for us. "

"Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "Smooth check in process, room was without soap, shampoo etc. but quickly rectified with a call to reception. Room was very comfortable. Spa facilities are first class. Breakfast was fabulous although the dining room receptionist was a little abrupt."

"The service at this hotel is exceptional I would say, couldn't be more professional, helpful and friendly, from the welcome in the morning at breakfast, to the reception area answering any question, to the service at dinner. Only 15 mins by taxi from the airport and a nice easy, flat 10 min walk into the main town and marina. "

I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. "Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."
