From the moment we were greeted by our host at the parking garage (who later also assisted with our luggage), to the moment we said goodbye, the customer service and communication was excellent. Special care was taken with our family, and every effort was made to make our visit most memorable – which it was! Our host was knowledgeable about the area, friendly and most helpful. "Loved the house and the location! The stocked kitchen was such a treat and all of the extras that were offered like the porter service and cooking classes were amazing. We did struggle with lots mosquitos in the house and we didn't keep the doors or windows open. There were also some cobwebs and other bugs in the house. Overall the rest of the house was wonderful!"
