"The only logical concern for this setup would be inconsiderate other guests that you have being loud or obnoxious at night, we are very lucky we did not have that. The king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Owner was quickly responsive over text with any questions. Was nervous at first being our first time in Seattle but everything was great. So easy and great for the price. "

"We loved Susan’s place. Perched above her garage, beautifully decorated in nautical theme, she’s thought of every convenience a guest could need, neatly described, easy to find. Super thoughtful!! A 1 minute walk to the spit beach, located in a very scenic, bucolic, quiet neighborhood, this is a lovely space to take in the Kitsap Penisula. Highly recommend. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this enchanted cottage. It sits in the perfect position to enjoy marvelous sunrises and moon lit waters. We saw sea otters and seals and cranes. We had a resident bald eagle which was magnificent. Peggy, our host, was wonderful and could not have been more helpful. If you are looking for a very peaceful getaway, or plan on sightseeing or hiking, Peggys place is the perfect spot."

"This is an home share type stay. Overall, I’m leaning away from this kind. There were limited towels, an early check out, etc. The property doesn't have air conditioning, which I may have overlooked in the listing. The owner communicated very well, it was easy to access, and very clean. Ultimately, it worked but wouldn’t stay again. "
