The home features 4 bedrooms plus a service quarters that can also be used as an additional room, 4.5 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, spacious sala and comedor, and multiple areas to unwind. There are TVs available, a ping pong table, and open living spaces designed for comfort and connection. The property also offers a large private backyard overlooking the ocean, ideal for enjoying sunsets, gatherings, or simply relaxing.

Just 10–15 minutes from Torio, where you’ll find great restaurants (Asian, Italian, seafood, and Panamanian cuisine), as well as local gems like a farm and a handmade soap laboratory. In the area you can enjoy surfing (with an instructor on-site), horseback riding, fishing, paragliding, waterfalls, and boat trips to Coiba National Park and Isla Cebaco. Shops, supermarket, and a gas station are all within a short drive.

A couple lives in a separate back area of the property to help keep the home attended and can assist if needed; he is also a surf instructor available for guests.
