BEAUTIFUL LOFT-STYLE APT FOR 3

Beautiful loft-style apt for 3 people with incredible views. You will love my place because of the decoration and the welcoming spaces. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxed, including towels, sheets, etc. My accommodation is ideal for couples (with children), adventurers and business travelers.

Its excellent seafront location makes this studio apartment an ideal place from which to enjoy the beauty of Cartagena.
The apartment has a loft style, which means that it does not have enclosed rooms. It has capacity for 3 people as there is a double bed and a single sofa bed.

The apartment has a swimming pool with a direct view of the sea and direct exit onto the beach, where you will find a gentleman who rents beach shades and chairs, and sells all kinds of refreshing drinks. Also very close, on the corner, there is a restaurant that sells fresh fish and all kinds of sea food.

Keys are handed over to the guest directly by a gentleman who works for us and who is part of our team. His name is EDUARDO FONSECA. Occasionally, the keys will be handed over by LINA CASILLO, our secretary and also part of our team, who will be in our offices during working hours, from 8 am to 6 pm. This is located in the Laguito area, in the ANTARES building, which is where you find us all, attentive to your needs and any issues that may arise. In the apartment you will also find a white folder that we have called APARTMENT GUIDE and which has all kinds of useful information, recommendations of places to visit and information of interest, as well as our contact numbers so that you can call us when and if you need to and we can help you in the appropriate way.

IMPORTANT: there is an additional charge which the guest must pay on arrival. This is a CHECK-IN fee of $15,000 COP (fifteen thousand Colombian pesos), equivalent to approximately USD 6. This amount should be paid only once at the entrance to the building and for the entire group that will occupy the apartment.
This fee is a requirement of the local authorities for buildings with tourist rental. It is not for our benefit and it is not our responsibility to collect it, but it is our duty to inform the guest.
