Beautiful marinas with amazing Yachts to travel through the waters to islands such as Rosario, Cholon, Bora Bora, Playa Blanca, and many more. Dine at one of our neighborhood’s many restaurants and enjoy beach front activities. Manga is only minutes away from the Walled City of Cartagena. A place that is world renowned for its history, food and many memorable activities.



Getting Around:

Our Luxury Property is located near all the local attractions. The marina and beautiful bay is around the corner, walking distance. Also, only a 10-15 minute taxi to the old city (Walled City), restaurants, beaches, and many famous attractions. The great thing about our location is that it's near everything, but when our guest come back home, they are in their own large private luxury Home. Not many people can say that about where they are staying. Cataleya is one of a kind. You will not be dissapointed.



Other Things to Note:

Guests can utilize our in house cooks to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have a menu that guests can review and decide what they would like our cooks to prepare for them. Guest can feel safe in our privately gated property. Our neighborhood is completely safe, but to ensure our guests feel completely protected even in our gated property, we provide night time security from 7:00pm - 7:00am. We also arrange transportation for our guests to and from the airport.
