"Upon my arrival.i didn't know we had to walk down a hill to enter the apartment.2nd problem was the plastic on the beds that caused the mattress to keep sliding off.3rd was the light over the book case that you can't turn off unless you turn off the ceiling fan,which made the room too hot.so I had to sleep with the light on ..overall the apt is cozy .last but not least,why must I remove the linen from the beds if I'm paying the cleaning fee .."

"I was in town to be with my daughter when she had surgery. This property is fantastic. The owner, Maria is very, very accommodating. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice. This house is simply beautiful, very clean and decorated with care and coordination. I just loved it. My daughter loved it so much that she extended her stay for 5 extra days for a longer recuperation time. I can’t say enough about this property or the property owner. This experience was more than I expected. "

"No instructions sent or wifi information provided until I asked. I had it initiate the conversation of how to enter. I arrived at night, it was hard to see the marking on the door. She indicated there was a sign, but the name on the sign didn’t match the VRBO listing. Cleaners could have done better, hair in the shower and syrup on the counter. "
