"We enjoyed our weekend on Hilton Head. The condo was as listed. It was a walk to the beach and pool but not as bad as some we have stayed in. We enjoyed that condo and it had everything we needed."

"Stayed five nights. Very clean property and condo. Bed was comfortable. The pool is amazing. The owner was very responsive to assist with getting the cable tv to work. Found out the issue was throughout the resort, due to recently going to Spectrum. Unfortunately, the issue was not fixed until day three. The owner was very diligent about getting it fixed. Location was very good. Close to everything we wanted to do. The beach was very nice and not crowded. Really enjoyed it right before...

"The best part was the ocean out on the deck!! Ocean views in a few locations. Underground parking was nice. A few things to know, the coffee pot uses coffee grounds, as far as seasonings, you have salt and pepper. They also have a hairdryer in each bathroom. These are things that are not in the description of the property. The condo is tastefully decorated, has all the comforts of home. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Would stay here again."

"The Grey Pearl was exactly what I was looking for! Very clean, plenty of room, and beautiful view over the Beaufort River. My only complaint was that it never got sun on the porch! I am now in love with Beaufort and surroundings and we will be back."

"Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!"
