Welcome to Stay Salty Villa, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo located just one block from the pristine sands of Carolina Beach. This spacious 1,363 sq ft retreat offers serene canal views and is designed for both relaxation and convenience.

Step inside to discover an open-concept living area bathed in natural light, featuring hardwood floors and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a pantry, making it perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach. Each of the two bedrooms includes a private full bathroom with soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and walk-in closets, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

PARKING: Space for parking under the house is limited. If bringing two cars, they will have to be pulled one in after the other. Oversize vehicles will not fit. Cars must be pulled in all the way under the house.

Pool is not open year round. Typically it opens 5/1-5/15 (tentative) and closes soon after Labor day. Please confirm pool is open before booking.

Birthday family vacation

I loved the location of the house and was very beautiful. The only complaint I have was all the dishes I got out to cook with with were dirty. Looked like previous renters used them and just put them back in the cabinet without washing them. Also the bathroom in the bedroom on the pool side needs a blind. The neighbors across from the pool can see right in and see everything you do in the bathroom. No privacy at all.

Exceptionally clean. New. Nice. Upscale. Quiet. We loved the recliners (two). I justvwish they would paint the outline of the little alley way we use to access our parking space in yellow so people would not park there. We need that space to make our three point turn to get into our parking space. Also, a heads up . . . Advise you make a three point turn to get into your parking space. They are quite tight. They are pretty near impossible to pull strait into on the first go. Other than that, a great place.

Perfect place for us

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was much bigger than we anticipated. The owner was so quick to respond and always so helpful. My grown kids loved it and we definitely want to go back.

Very clean 2 bedroom condo

This was a clean unit and very close to the beach! It has a shower and small pool to use anytime….there were many items to use in the condo which was so nice to have considering I did not pack very much. Thanks for the great fun! So good to have the property unit manager available at all times.

Clean condo and great beach access

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and the proximity to ocean made it easier to go back-and-forth from the beach to the house. Since we arrived early, the cleaning crew was able to finish up and get us into the place earlier than expected which is much appreciated since we had young boys with us.

Great family place!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was a big bonus to have the pool to use after the beach. My grandchildren, 4 and 6, made friends and had a blast. The beach is a few steps away and restaurants a two min. drive. Would love to go back! It does need a new small non stick pan!!! Everything else was perfect.The last night we had 15 relatives for dinner and we had plenty of room. Love the powder room!!

Ideal location

This unit is ideal for location and set-up for family of 4 or two couples with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and close proximity to beach! Andrea coordinated and communicated needs for some minor reno work that did not interfere with our enjoyment of our stay. Our stay was everything we hoped, even with the tropical storm rolling in on our checkout day. Again, Andrea offered some options to make our exit plan the safest and most desirable as possible. Customer service and communication was the BEST!

Carolina Beach Trip

This was our first time to Carolina beach - the property was very nice but we can during a time of some upgrades to one of the showers. The property manager did everything needed to accommodate us for the inconvenience. I would stay again and definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay despite the weather

We booked our stay long before hurricane Isaias decided to make a debut at Carolina Beach. We decided to hunker down and endure the night in hopes of having a beautiful rest of the week. The owner was more than responsive before, during, and after the storm. The villa was just beautiful and held up to the storm with no damage. Everything was exactly as described and fully stocked with all the essential items we could ask for. We will definitely reserve again for our CB get-a-ways.

Great Beach Rental!

Our trip was a short but great one! I wish we could have stayed a full week - this property would have been perfect for it! I had family coming from the north and we had time to do a one day and night visit to the coast. I was so happy to find this rental that would let us stay one night and give us easy access to a great beach. We were able to park early, get some beach time in before getting settled into the unit. The place was in great condition and super clean and tidy. We had some dinner and enjoyed the pool. In the morning we were able to swim some more before getting packed up and out of the place. The owner was amazing and let us keep parked in the spot until a bit later in the day. Getting to the beach was easy, we loaded up the wagon and walked the short end of the block to the access boardwalk. Super beautiful spot, great for swimming, wave jumping, sand castle building and shell collection! Thanks so much!
